In this role as a Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted partner supporting a major consumer packaged goods company – managing contingent worker hiring, advising leaders, and driving results within a fast-paced MSP environment.


This role is ideal for someone who has built a foundation in staffing/recruitment and is ready to step into a more consultative, client-facing role where you can oversee high-volume recruitment, influence hiring decisions, build strong relationships, and truly own your portfolio. What You’ll Do
:


Contingent Recruitment & Delivery

  • Own full-cycle recruitment of contract/contingent roles within Beeline including; conducting manager intake calls, sourcing through staffing agencies, shortlisting top candidates, coordinating interviews,providing feedback and onboarding workers.
  • Partner closely with approved staffing agencies to consistently deliver high-quality candidates, that align with what the leader actually needs.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience from requisition to worker start.


Stakeholder & Supplier Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, building strong relationships through regular touch points, and providing ongoing support beyond recruitment.
  • Develop credibility with leaders by guidance, solving problems, and driving outcomes.
  • Foster supplier relationships to ensure candidate quality, responsiveness, and accountability.
  • Support ongoing workforce needs including time/expense management, extensions, assignment changes, performance concerns, and offboarding.
  • Develop and leverage relationships with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, SCM,etc) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery


Consultation & Operations

  • Build strong, genuine relationships with hiring managers – they trust you, rely on you, and reach out to you as their first point of contact.
  • Leverage program data and market insights to guide hiring managers on recruitment strategy, bill rates, and best practices.
  • Provide clear direction on matters relating to company policy, and program guidelines.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and enhance the hiring experience for our client.
  • You stay curious – asking questions, digging deeper into requirements, and continuously improving how you work.


What You Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' work experience in recruitment, staffing, or MSP/Vendor Management.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS/VMS platforms, preferably Beeline.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment, including intake calls, resume review, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing hiring managers and guiding decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, positive, and professional approach.
  • Ability to juggle competing high-priority items while following processes with an excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of accountability, integrity, and ownership in your work. Naturally curious,proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently while staying highly collaborative with the broader team.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI
  • The role is open for fully remote candidates, but the ability to commute to the client’s office in Orrville, Ohio 2 to 3 times per week is strongly preferred.


Base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $72,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location
