This position oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, order picking, packing, staging, and inventory movements. The supervisor leads and schedules warehouse associates, assigns tasks, monitors productivity, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with transportation providers and customers, resolving shipment issues, verifying paperwork and system accuracy, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.
