<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><span>What success looks like in this role: </span></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>The Junior Associate, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of targeted ABM programs across global markets, including North America, Latin America, APAC, and EMEA. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to build expertise in strategic account engagement while contributing to high-impact, data-driven campaigns.<br> </p><p>Working closely with sales, field marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will help bring personalized marketing strategies to life for both prospective and existing clients. The role blends analytical thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to enterprise-level marketing programs and global collaboration.<br> </p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support the execution of ABM campaigns across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many segments, aligned to regional and global priorities</li><li>Partner with sales and account teams to deliver targeted outreach strategies for new logo acquisition and client expansion</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, engagement data, and pipeline metrics to identify insights and recommend optimizations</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including demand generation, digital, content, and operations) to ensure campaign alignment and consistency</li><li>Assist in managing campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and regions</li><li>Leverage ABM and marketing technology platforms to execute and track campaign performance</li><li>Continuously build knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practices</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>You will be successful in this role if you have:</b></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li><li>1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing</li><li>Foundational understanding of ABM frameworks, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce for campaign tracking, reporting, and pipeline analysis</li><li>Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort collaborating directly with sales and cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, intent data platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools</li></ul><p><br>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience in enterprise technology or SaaS marketing environments</li><li>Exposure to global marketing programs and cross-regional collaboration</li></ul><p><b>Benefits</b></p><p><i>Unisys offers an outstanding benefits package, featuring unlimited paid time off, a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare, HSA matching, ongoing learning opportunities, and more!
