We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Advertising Account Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the strategic analytics, actionable insights and performance for a portfolio of accounts while staying hands-on with campaign execution across digital media, paid search, and web. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution — and love turning data into compelling client stories — this role is for you. The base salary range is $59,000-$89,000 per year. Primary Responsibilities Client responsibilities • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients • Lead monthly strategy presentations and campaign performance reviews • Translate client business goals into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams • Develop offer copy and messaging strategy for each vehicle in collaboration with the client • Proactively surface optimization opportunities and strategic recommendation Tactical responsibilities • Coordinate across creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure assets are built, flighted, and tracked correctly • Produce weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights • Manage campaign timelines, trafficking workflows, and asset deadlines • Support QA of campaign setups and creative deployment • Monitor campaign pacing and performance across Google Ads, Meta, and DV360 throughout each month What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media buying, or agency account management • Proven track record managing client relationships in an agency environment • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and GA4 • Strong communicator who can translate campaign data into clear, compelling client narratives • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and competing deadlines • Automotive advertising experience is a plus, but not required • Preference for candidates who live in the Los Angeles area • Must be able to travel at least 15% Additional Information Catalyst IQ is an automotive marketing technology company that delivers data‑driven intelligence and high‑efficiency advertising solutions for OEMs, regional associations, and dealerships.
