Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support Needed

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with a variety of administrative and support tasks on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling different types of simple business tasks.

Responsibilities

Data entry and record keeping

Organizing, documenting, and tracking receipts

Creating simple charts, reports, and spreadsheets

Conducting online and market research

Making phone calls to businesses and contacts in the United States

Providing general administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized with good attention to detail

Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and basic online tools

Ability to follow instructions carefully and complete tasks accurately

Reliable internet connection and dependable availability

Ability to make or receive calls to/from the United States

Availability during at least part of US business hours is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or customer support representative
