By managing responsibilities effectively and aligning their efforts with firm values, they establish a foundation for long-term success and growth.  All team members are expected to excel in Relationships, Communication, Quality Service, Operational Excellence, and Innovation & Growth, contributing to the firm’s success through collaboration, exceptional service, and continuous growth.<br> </p><p><span><b>Position Summary:</b></span></p><p></p><p>Your Impact (Essential Duties):</p><ul><li>Assist in forensic accounting investigations by gathering and analyzing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and reconciling accounts</li><li>Support the preparation of initial case documentation, exhibits, and financial summaries for litigation and dispute resolution matters</li><li>Learn and apply foundational valuation methodologies under the guidance of senior team members</li><li>Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other business records to assist in damage calculations and valuation analyses</li><li>Draft clear and concise summaries, reports, and presentations for internal and client review</li><li>Collaborate with team members to maintain organized case files and ensure accuracy in documentation</li><li>Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership  </li><li>Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual and team performance and overall firm productivity</li></ul><p><br>Your Background:</p><ul><li>Demonstrated interest in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or valuation analysis through coursework, internships, or related experience</li><li>Accounting track: Certifications: CPA, CFE, CFF, CVA, CBA, or ABV license or eligible. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field</li><li>Paralegal track: Florida Registered Paralegal or similar credentials or eligible.
