Works closely with Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers in the preparation and distribution of compliance reports to various local governmental agencies. Provides guidance, training, and support as necessary to ensure properties are set up for success.<br>• Monitors and maintains property waitlists in coordination with site staff. Follows all appropriate program and fair housing rules.<br>• Prepares and manages applicant/resident correspondence and documentation and identifies and resolves eligibility discrepancies.<br>• Conducts property file audits and reviews property procedures surrounding local and state housing programs. Identifies audit findings, corrects any non-compliance, and communicates those findings and resolutions to Clients and Community Managers.<br>• Monitors income limits and utility allowances in coordination with 3rd party compliance partners.
