Pay Plan Title: Computer Systems Administrator Working Title: Agile Product Analyst (Development) FLSA Status: Exempt Posting Salary Range: $56,270 - $80,562 Office Location: Remote within the United States. What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Agile Product Analyst to join our team! At Trillium, our business systems are the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflows, and accurate data management. This critical role blends technical expertise with administrative finesse. On a typical day, you might: * Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational. * Act as liaison between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance. * Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems pursuant to the Agile flow. * Respond to tickets from the KACE System and record the issues and solutions in the KACE System. * Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organizational needs. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR * Associate’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR * Equivalent combination of education/experience. * High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification. * Must have a valid driver’s license * Must reside within the United States. Preferred: * Experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a complex integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas. * Preferred certifications include Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD, or equivalent.
