As the Analytical Chemistry Engineering, Associate Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our materials by leading analytical laboratory operations that improvement, safety, and delivering high-quality results.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.</p><p>• 2+ years of leadership experience in a cleanroom, semiconductor, or analytical laboratory environment.</p><p>• Strong understanding of analytical chemistry, photoresist materials, and process control methodologies (SPC/SQC).</p><p>• Experience working within ISO-certified environments (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and adherence to GLP and safety standards.</p><p>• Familiarity with analytical techniques used in photoresist chemistry (e.g., trace metals, surface analysis, defect characterization).</p><p>• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, LIMS) and systems integration is a plus.</p><p>• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and resource planning in a manufacturing or lab environment.</p><p>• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the
