About the position

Anthropologie is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager of Performance Influencer Marketing to shape and scale the activation strategy across our portfolio: Anthropologie, AnthroHome, AnthroWeddings, and Terrain. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of brand storytelling and data-driven growth. You will be responsible for building high-impact creator partnerships that drive measurable demand, new customer acquisition, and brand love. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring a blend of creative intuition, analytical rigor, and a \"self-starter\" mentality. We are looking for a collaborative strategist who is eager to innovate, test new platforms, and obsess over performance metrics. Whether you are negotiating a high-stakes contract or analyzing a campaign’s ROAS, you take pride in owning the end-to-end success of the influencer channel and evolving our strategy in a fast-paced, ever-changing social landscape. This role is based out of our Philadelphia, PA office and will be coming into the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in scaling activations by partnering with internal teams and external agencies to drive demand, high-quality traffic, and new customer acquisition.
  • Work within affiliate networks (Rakuten, CJ, Impact) and creator platforms (LTK, ShopMy, etc.) to optimize commission structures, flat-fee hybrids, and performance-based incentives.
  • Oversee special projects from ideation to execution, including influencer collaborations, exclusive promotions, and high-impact seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with Organic/Paid Social, Email, and Store teams to maximize the lifecycle of Influencer Generated Content (IGC) across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Directly manage and mentor Influencer Coordinators, providing clear career pathing, daily oversight, and workload prioritization.
  • Lead contract negotiations, SOW development, and usage rights discussions to ensure Anthro’s interests are protected and value is maximized.
  • Act as a key liaison between Brand Marketing, Merchandising, PR, and Legal to ensure influencer activations align with product launches and brand standards.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports analyzing KPIs (ROAS, EMV, Conversion Rate, and Reach) to inform future spend.
  • Track and manage monthly influencer budgets, ensuring all campaigns remain within scope and financial targets are met.
  • Maintain and evolve the influencer campaign calendar, ensuring streamlined communication and documentation across the department.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Influencer Marketing or Affiliate Marketing
  • Deep familiarity with creator ecosystems (LTK, ShopMy, Captiv8, CreatorIQ) and affiliate networks (Rakuten/Impact).
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members or interns.
  • Ability to manage a budget and understand the math behind ROI and ROAS.
  • Basic understanding of FTC guidelines for influencer disclosures and standard talent usage rights.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) or a similar platform to track the customer journey beyond the initial click.
  • An \"always-on\" approach to social media; identifying the next \"It\" creator before they peak.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
