Responsibilities  Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.  Teach mathematics concepts across various levels, ensuring comprehension and retention among students.  Utilize instructional design techniques to create effective teaching materials and resources.  Assess student progress through regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.  Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.  Collaborate with fellow educators and education administration to enhance the overall learning experience.  Provide tutoring support for students needing additional assistance outside of regular class hours.  Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.  Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Qualifications  Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.  Classroom experience working with students at various educational levels is highly desirable.  Familiarity with laboratory settings or research methodologies related to mathematics education is a plus.  Experience in private school settings is an advantage but not mandatory.  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.  A passion for mathematics education and a commitment to student success.  Knowledge of library services or resources that can enhance the learning experience is beneficial.
