Job Description *Candidates must live in or relocate to market* The Area Leader of Marketing (ALM) is responsible for all local marketing efforts that support their restaurants within their areas. This includes leveraging their expert knowledge of the market, staying on top of changing market dynamics, using their market expertise to identify traffic drivers within each of their restaurant trade area, and creating and executing market and restaurant-level marketing plans. The ALM must remain nimble, constantly looking for ways to keep the brand top of mind. They are also responsible for leading the planning, negotiation, and execution of sponsorships that support their market. Additionally, this role directly supports each restaurant with day-to-day branding and marketing needs, always working in collaboration and alignment with their Business Unit (BU) team. The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.
