Asset Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar & Storage) - Maternity Cover

Desde TGRC estamos colaborando con un importante fondo internacional especializado en infraestructuras y energías renovables en la búsqueda de un/a Asset Manager para gestionar su portfolio en Iberia.

Se trata de una posición estratégica con alta visibilidad, enfocada en la optimización técnica y comercial de activos renovables en operación.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestión integral de activos solares (y almacenamiento) en operación
  • Monitorización de KPIs y optimización del rendimiento de los proyectos
  • Supervisión de contratos (O&M, EPC, PPA) y relación con stakeholders clave
  • Gestión de incidencias, mantenimiento y cumplimiento normativo
  • Identificación de mejoras de valor y reducción de costes
  • Coordinación con equipos financieros (presupuestos, reporting, cash flow)
  • Apoyo en fases finales de construcción, commissioning y operación
  • Relación directa con contratistas EPC y O&M, operadores de red, inversores y entidades financieras, asesores técnicos, legales y H&S
Perfil buscado
  • Titulación en Ingeniería (o similar)
  • +7 años de experiencia en asset management o roles comerciales en renovables
  • Experiencia en proyectos de energía solar (valorable BESS)
  • Buen entendimiento de contratos y estructura financiera de proyectos
  • Capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y gestión de múltiples proyectos
  • Nivel alto de inglés y español
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional
