The position serves as a central integration point across FP&A, Reporting & Analytics, Workforce Financial Management, and TM1, with significant responsibility during month‑end, Outlook, and quarter‑end cycles. This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office (Hartford, CT) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture. Monthly Close & Reporting Execution - Manage and maintain the monthly financial production schedule, ensuring all reporting dependencies, data loads, validations, and refreshes are completed on time.
