Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and high-energy Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our management team. We are seeking a leader who is ready to take ownership of their outlet, support their crew, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Supervise daily shifts to ensure smooth service and high productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example. Motivate the crew, assist with training new Sandwich Artists, and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure the outlet meets all food safety and sanitation standards. Keep the store "audit-ready" through consistent checks.
  • Inventory & Stock: Assist with basic inventory counting and stock management to ensure we are always ready for the lunch rush.
  • Guest Experience: Step in to resolve guest concerns and ensure every sub is made to perfection.
