About the Team

  • The CRM team at Stitch Fix is responsible for strengthening the relationship with our clients, maximizing their value, and retaining them as active clients for as long as possible. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service, and the CRM team leverages data and insights to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing.   • About the Role
  • Stitch Fix is looking for an experienced and highly driven CRM Associate to own key strategic pillars and executional initiatives within the CRM organization while supporting growth, innovation and scalability. In this role, you will lead the execution of complex CRM programs, including transactional and lifecycle campaigns, while building scalable and innovative solutions for our customer communications. You will work across multiple channels - Email, App Push, Direct Mail, SMS and Packaging Inserts - collaborating closely with our Creative, Data Science, Client Experience and Engineering teams. This role requires someone comfortable with high-volume programs, capable of taking ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution, and skilled at navigating cross-functional partnerships, utilizing learnings from all other marketing channels.

  • Lead and execute CRM initiatives across Lifecycle, Transactional and Batch programs, including highly personalized, scalable campaigns.
  • Support and evolve Lifecycle strategies, building and optimizing robust programs for millions of clients.
  • Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, decreased churn and increased reactivation rates.
  • Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, monitoring results and adapting programs as necessary.

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on experience in e-commerce focused Lifecycle, Batch and transactional programs.
  • You have led or executed large-scale, highly personalized CRM programs at scale, with experience in automation and complex workflows.
  • You are a self-starter who takes ownership, moves to execution quickly, and thrives in an independent, high-ownership role. You have experience leveraging Push and SMS across all CRM tactics.
  • You are adept at building strong cross-functional relationships, partnering effectively with stakeholders across Creative, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service.
  • You are highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze complex programs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • You understand consumer mindset and have a customer-focused approach, using intuition and empathy to guide decisions. You are comfortable being scrappy and taking initiative in fast-paced, high volume environments.
