Auto Finance Manager

About the role:

BMW of Murray is seeking a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team of high performers who make presentations on our after market products, present rate and financing options and maximize gross profit. You will need to be comfortable making presentations and interacting with our clients. The ideal candidate will also provide administrative support to complete a sales transaction.

As part of the training you will become knowledgeable about the after market products and lenders we have available. The focus of this position is in sales, while also ensuring paperwork is in order.

Responsibilities:

-Meet sales performance goals
  • Organize and break down car deals
  • Check deals for accuracy and correct data
-Become familiar with our sales process and learn our systems -Interact with sales, management and office staff

-Maintain compliance protocols

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn new tasks, take direction and listen to positive coaching
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work -Attention to detail with problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task -No required experience
