Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.

  • Integrate and manage test automation in the Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

  • Analyze test results, debug issues, and generate detailed defect reports.

  • Contribute to test strategies, test plans, and documentation of testing processes.

  • Continuously optimize and refactor automation frameworks to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases.

  • Stay current with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or similar automation tools.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline automation.

  • Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred.

  • Familiarity with automation frameworks such as POM (Page Object Model).

  • Working knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in automation testing.

  • Proven track record of managing test automation suites in agile environments.

  • Experience working in remote/distributed teams is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • Flexible working hours with required overlap between 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST to coordinate with the global team.

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required for release support.
