BDR Intern

BDR Intern

We're looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative Intern to join our Paris team.

This is not a "coffee & shadowing" internship. You'll learn how modern SaaS & AI sales really work:

  • outbound prospecting
  • cold calling
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • AI-powered prospecting
  • sales psychology
  • pipeline generation
  • multi-channel campaigns
  • discovery fundamentals

You'll work directly with experienced sales leaders and top performing reps in a fast-growing international SaaS environment.

If you're ambitious, curious, resilient, and hungry to grow, this is probably one of the best learning opportunities you can get in B2B SaaS sales.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target companies that fit our ICP
  • Build prospect lists and outbound sequences
  • Reach out through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and more
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Learn how to run discovery conversations
  • Use modern AI sales tools daily
  • Work closely with AEs, Sales Managers, and Marketing
  • Continuously improve messaging and outbound performance

What We're Looking For

  • French native speaker
  • Strong English communication skills
  • You are energetic, coachable, and proactive
  • You are not afraid of hearing "no"
  • You like challenges and moving fast
  • You want to learn sales in a real startup environment
  • You are curious about AI, SaaS, and modern GTM strategies
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but motivation matters more

Why This Is A Huge Opportunity

At lemlist, interns are not treated like interns. You'll get:

  • real ownership
  • real training
  • real responsibility
  • direct exposure to leadership
  • fast feedback loops
  • an environment where performance matters more than experience

Most importantly:

There is a real career path. Many of the best SaaS sales careers start in BDR roles. The goal is not to keep you as an intern forever the goal is to help you grow into a top performer.

What You'll Learn

  • How outbound actually works in 2026
  • How to sell in a competitive SaaS market
  • How AI is transforming sales
  • How to build pipeline from scratch
  • How high-growth companies scale GTM teams
  • How to communicate with executives

You'll leave this experience with skills that are extremely valuable on the market.

  • Interview process
  • Interview with Victoire (TAM)
  • Discovery call with Grgoire (Team Lead FR)
  • Business Case & Debrief of the B-case with Yann VP of Sales
  • Interview with Charles (CEO)
