The position demands a dynamic leader who can develop policies and strategic plans that optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and drive profitability through meticulous cost control and inventory management. This manager will also spearhead the development and mentoring of a high-performing beverage team, cultivating skills in service standards, safety protocols, and guest interactions. Key responsibilities include budget forecasting and management, coordination with marketing teams to create enticing promotions, and ensuring all beverage areas and equipment adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
