If you're calm under pressure, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping people navigate their healthcare needs, this role is for you. Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.<br></p> <br> <p>Core Responsibilities<br></p> <p>Appointment Scheduling<br></p> <ul> <li><p>Schedule patient appointments according to clinical guidelines and patient needs<br></p></li> <li><p>Manage daily provider calendars, including rescheduling appointments and notifying patients promptly of any changes<br></p></li> </ul> <p>Patient Communication<br></p> <ul> <li><p>Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services or direct concerns to the appropriate department<br></p></li> <li><p>Relay patient messages and requests to providers accurately and in a timely manner<br></p></li> <li><p>Follow up with patients and providers as needed to ensure resolution and continuity of care<br></p></li> </ul> <p>Administrative Tasks<br></p> <ul> <li><p>Set appointment follow-up reminders to support ongoing patient treatment and care coordination<br></p></li> <li><p>Maintain accurate documentation within scheduling and EMR systems<br></p></li> </ul> <br> <p>Candidate Qualifications<br></p> <p>Must-Haves<br></p> <ul> <li><p>1+ years of customer service or call center experience, healthcare setting preferred<br></p></li> <li><p>Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken<br></p></li> <li><p>Experience using EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software, any platform is acceptable (examples include eClinicalWorks, Epic, Athenahealth, Kareo, or similar)<br></p></li> <li><p>Experience using standard communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or equivalent<br></p></li> <li><p>Strong attention to detail with high data-entry accuracy<br></p></li> </ul> <p>Good to Haves<br></p> <ul> <li><p>Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) specifically<br></p></li> <li><p>Familiarity with common medical terms and procedures<br></p></li> </ul><br>
