BIOMEDICAL ENGINEER

Manage Biomedical Engineering Management Services (BEMS) service delivery and performance of the site office in meeting all Key Performance Indicators as stipulated in Technical Requirements and Key Performance Indicators (TRKPI), Master Agreed Procedures (MAP), Project Operation Guidelines (POG) and other relevant requirements, specifically (but not limited to) tasks as below:-

  • Scheduled Maintenance

  • Unscheduled Maintenance

  • Uptime Management

  • Asset Management

  • Technical Advice

  • Variation Order Management

  • Deduction and Penalty
Monitor the implementation of BEMS by the vendors at site office are in compliance to the Agreement, acts, regulations, standards and good engineering practices. Access, analyse and report to Management on provision, utilization and recommendation for improvement of resources; which includes staff, workshop and facilities, test tools, parts and stock for the site office.

Implement operational procedures and workflow in line with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 13485, ISO 50001 and ISO 55001 requirement.

Resource person for identified or assigned equipment/system to support the need for the whole Medivest Zone.

Participate in committees or special task such as Hospital Engineering Planned Preventive Maintenance (HEPPM), User Training, or any other as identified necessary from time to time.

Act as the contact point between Medivest vendor’s and Government officers in terms of correspondence, meetings and other official communication. Responsible of all communication with the customer (user, JOHN, Liaison Officer, etc) in relation to BEMS which includes handling customer complaints, obtaining and providing feedbacks on maintenance etc.

Provide periodical Management Performance Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for improvement.

To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulations, all Quality Assurance Program, IMS -ISO, and Company’s rules and regulations.

Ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company’s mission and key corporate values.

Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
