Blog Coordinator, Remote Job

About Creative Fabrica

Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production.

Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.

Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch.

About the role:

We're growing fast, and we want the world to know it. You'll own our blog placement program end to end: building relationships with publishers, agreeing the deals, and getting great articles about our tools live across the sites our audience actually reads. It's part relationship-building, part negotiation, part project management - and you'll see the direct impact of your work as our presence across the web grows month after month.

What you will do:

  • Find the right partners - work from curated target lists and identify the publishers who can feature us

  • Open the conversation - reach out in a way that gets replies and starts real relationships

  • Negotiate the deal - agree on placements and pricing that fit our budget and get the best value

  • Brief and guide writers - hand publishers a clear briefing so every article is original, on-message, and high quality

  • Drive volume - keep a healthy pipeline moving so placements go live consistently every month

  • Track and report - keep everything organized and report clean numbers back to the team

What you will need:

  • Outreach experience - you've done cold outreach, partnerships, PR, or link building and you know how to get a reply

  • A strong negotiator - you're comfortable talking price and value, and you don't leave money on the table

  • Organized and self-driven - you can run a system, follow up relentlessly, and never let a lead slip

  • Clear communicator - your written English is sharp and persuasive

  • Numbers-minded - you like hitting targets and tracking what's working

  • Bonus: familiarity with SEO, domain authority, or AI tools like Studio AI

Nice to have:

  • SEO know-how - familiarity with domain authority, link building, or how content ranks

  • Outreach tooling - experience with CRM, email-finding, or outreach platforms

  • Extra languages - useful for reaching international publishers
