The Business Assistant team plays a crucial role in the sales process by efficiently and accurately handling car financing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Submit credit applications. Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts. Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals. Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent. Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met. This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
