Bookkeeping & Operational Support

We are looking for a new teammate that has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and works well with people. The role offers diverse day to day tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, operational support, customer pricing, managing and updating vendor pricing, customer onboarding and other support functions.

We have a 90 day training period and a raise is traditional at the end of training. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 - $17.00 an hour depending on experience and fit. There will be the opportunity to grow into an expanded role from this position but it is not required.
Experience with accounts payable, excel, and QuickBooks is preferred.

At Baysingers we are focused on providing products and service to Police, Fire, EMS, and Security Personnel as well as some corporate customers.
