This is a role for someone who doesn’t just write content, but shapes how a brand is experienced, discovered, and trusted.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong>As the day to day steward of our brand, you will ensure that everything we put into the market is clear, consistent, and compelling while driving measurable engagement and conversion.<br><br><strong>Brand Stewardship & Execution<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own and maintain brand consistency across digital, print, email, and social channels</li><li>Apply visual identity and voice standards across all content and campaigns</li><li>Manage and evolve the content and messaging library to ensure alignment and scalability<br><br></li></ul><strong>Content Development & Optimization<br><br></strong><ul><li>Write and edit high performing, AEO/SEO optimized content across:</li><ul><li>Web pages and landing pages</li><li>Email and SMS campaigns</li><li>Social media and paid media copy</li><li>Sales collateral and campaign messaging</li></ul><li>Ensure all content is aligned to brand standards and built for performance<br></li></ul><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br></strong><ul><li>Partner with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and creative teams</li><li>Translate campaign strategies into clear, conversion-oriented messaging</li><li>Adapt messaging for evolving platforms, including AI driven search and generative answer engines<br><br></li></ul><strong>Performance & Continuous Improvement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead content testing (subject lines, headlines, messaging variants)</li><li>Analyze performance and apply insights to improve engagement and conversion</li><li>Feed learnings back into messaging frameworks and content playbooks<br><br></li></ul><strong>AI & Emerging Channel Optimization<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create content designed for discoverability in AI-driven environments (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)</li><li>Apply structured content approaches (FAQ, How To, Speak able schema)</li><li>Leverage AI tools to enhance drafting, editing, and optimization workflows<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>5 to 8 years of experience in brand, content, or copywriting roles within an established brand system</li><li>A strong, diverse writing portfolio (web, email, SMS, social, sales collateral) demonstrating both creativity and performance impact</li><li>Proven ability to apply brand standards and messaging frameworks independently</li><li>Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and creative teams<br><br></li></ul><strong>Technical & Operational Strength<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with content and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, or similar)</li><li>Proficiency with CMS and marketing platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) in content workflows</li><li>Demonstrated experience optimizing content for AI search and citation environments<br><br></li></ul><strong>Ready to Make an Impact?<br><br></strong>If you’re ready to shape a brand that truly connects—and create content that performs across today’s most dynamic platforms, we want to hear from you.
