Bulk SMS Sales

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with mandatory prior experience selling Bulk SMS / A2P SMS / CPaaS messaging solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate should already understand the bulk SMS market, enterprise sales cycles, pricing models, customer use cases, telecom/aggregator ecosystem, and how to close B2B messaging deals.

This role is best suited for someone who has previously sold bulk SMS products to enterprises, SMEs, brands, educational institutions, BFSI, healthcare, retail, logistics, or other high-volume messaging customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise and SME customers for bulk SMS services.
  • Sell transactional, promotional, OTP, alert, and marketing SMS solutions.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and existing market relationships.
  • Understand customer messaging requirements and suggest suitable SMS plans and pricing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to demo, proposal, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and drive renewals, upsells, and higher SMS volumes.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for onboarding, sender ID setup, DLT support, delivery issues, and customer success.
  • Track competitor pricing, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must have prior sales experience in Bulk SMS / A2P SMS / CPaaS / SMS gateway products.
  • Strong understanding of transactional SMS, promotional SMS, OTP SMS, DLT registration, sender IDs, templates, and delivery routes.
  • Existing network of business customers or channel partners in the SMS/CPaaS industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales with measurable revenue targets.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and close deals without heavy supervision.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, sales reporting, and structured follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in bulk SMS, CPaaS, telecom, SaaS, or enterprise communication sales.
  • Prior experience selling to sectors such as BFSI, education, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, logistics, real estate, or government vendors.
  • Strong market knowledge of SMS pricing, routes, delivery quality, and customer pain points.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and target orientation.
