SourcePro Search is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Independent Business Development Contractor with Agency Staffing Experience to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote, 1099 contract role with a commission-only structure—offering up to 50% commission on placements. It’s an ideal opportunity for experienced business developers or recruiters who thrive in a performance-based environment and value flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential.

Your Role:
As an Independent Business Development Contractor, you’ll:
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients in need of recruiting services
  • Identify hiring needs and secure job orders across multiple verticals (Legal, Finance, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with recruiters to fill open roles and support successful placements
  • Leverage your network, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and other tools to drive new business
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced professional with 2+ years in business development, staffing, or recruiting sales
  • Self-starter who excels in a 100% commission-based, independent work environment
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Familiar with staffing industry practices and recruitment cycles
  • Comfortable using CRM/ATS tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or Loxo
