Business Development Executive (GPS Tracker)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth, developing client solutions, and expanding market presence for PASTI's commercial insurance and GPS-related services. This hybrid role requires both hands on execution and strategic thinking. You will work across departments including finance, operations, insurers and product development to deliver on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with sales admin for quotation generation and client documentation.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations based on client profiles and PASTI’s value offerings.
  • Present insights to the Head of BD for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth potential.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential insurance partners for collaboration.
  • Gather client and market feedback on proposed products.
  • Work closely with Operations and Admin teams to ensure accuracy in agreements and compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities with government agencies, transport regulators, or corporates to strengthen PASTI’s market position.
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in business development, sales, or a related field
