Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers by adhering to all airline and aviation regulations.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including welcoming passengers, assisting with seating, and addressing passenger needs.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and manage in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other in-flight services according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional cabin environment.
- Collaborate effectively with pilots and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations.
