Job Summary

IndiGo Airline is inviting enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our dynamic in-flight team as Cabin Crew (Trainee Grade). Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers during flight operations.

  • Conduct pre-flight checks and briefings with the crew to ensure aircraft readiness.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist passengers with special needs.

  • Perform safety demonstrations and emergency procedure briefings.

  • Respond to in-flight medical and safety emergencies as per protocols.

  • Maintain aircraft cabin cleanliness and restocking of supplies.

  • Uphold and promote IndiGos brand standards at all times.

  • Comply with all aviation regulations, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) from a recognized board.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Well-groomed appearance with a pleasant and confident personality.

  • Indian National with a valid passport.

  • Physically fit with the ability to meet the required medical standards.

  • Height: Minimum 155 cm for females; 170 cm for males (proportionate weight).

  • No visible tattoos or body piercings (except for earlobes for females).

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Flight schedules vary based on routes and assignments; flexibility is essential.
