Job Summary

GracePath Healthcare, a trusted name in compassionate and patient-centered care, is currently hiring dedicated and responsible Caregivers to join our expanding team across the United States. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities in a respectful and supportive manner—helping to maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

  • Support patients with mobility needs including transfers, walking, and use of mobility aids

  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary management based on the care plan

  • Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment

  • Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team

  • Administer prescribed medications under supervision, if certified

  • Offer companionship and emotional support to patients

  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with family members and supervisors

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Compassionate and respectful approach to elder and patient care

  • Basic knowledge of caregiving techniques and hygiene practices

  • Good verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and safety protocols

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship may be available)

  • Physically able to perform duties such as lifting or assisting patients

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

  • Previous caregiving or home health aide experience is preferred but not mandatory

  • On-the-job training will be provided for qualified individuals

  • Experience working with elderly, disabled, or chronically ill individuals is a plus

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends, and Overnight shifts

  • Both live-in and live-out caregiver roles are available depending on location and assignment
