Do</h2><h3>Lead Strategic Sourcing Initiatives</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned Resins & Polymers categories aligned with business objectives</li><li>Lead competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities</li><li>Drive commercial optimization initiatives that improve cost competitiveness and supply assurance</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, and working capital improvements</li></ul><h3>Manage Supplier Performance & Relationships</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships across North America</li><li>Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery, service, innovation, sustainability, and commercial metrics</li><li>Support supplier development initiatives and continuous improvement efforts</li><li>Drive supplier consolidation and strategic partnership opportunities where appropriate</li></ul><h3>Analyze Markets & Mitigate Risk</h3><ul><li>Monitor raw material markets, supply trends, industry developments, and capacity constraints</li><li>Assess and mitigate supply chain risks impacting assigned categories</li><li>Support business continuity planning and supply assurance initiatives</li><li>Utilize market intelligence to inform sourcing decisions and category strategies</li></ul><h3>Collaborate Across the Organization</h3><ul><li>Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Technical, Quality, Product Stewardship, Finance, and Business Leaders</li><li>Work closely with the global procurement organization to leverage best practices and scale opportunities</li><li>Support cross-functional projects focused on business growth, operational efficiency, and procurement excellence</li><li>Influence stakeholders and build alignment in a matrixed international environment</li></ul><h3>Drive Procurement Excellence</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegation of authority requirements, and governance standards</li><li>Support contract lifecycle management, including contract visibility, compliance, and renewal tracking</li><li>Analyze spend data, supplier performance metrics, and procurement KPIs</li><li>Contribute to procurement digitization initiatives, process improvements, automation, and system enhancements</li><li>Support sustainability, ESG, responsible sourcing, and KAITEKI objectives through supplier engagement</li></ul><p></p><h2>What We're Looking For</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, STEM, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience</li><li>Experience leading supplier negotiations, sourcing events, and contract management activities</li><li>Experience supporting direct materials categories preferred</li><li>Background within chemicals, polymers, resins, advanced materials, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial industries preferred</li><li>Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and results orientation</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment</li></ul><p></p><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>MBA, CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or equivalent professional certification</li><li>Experience with SAP or other ERP systems</li><li>Familiarity with:<ul><li>Spend analytics
