sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities</li><li>Drive commercial optimization initiatives that improve cost competitiveness and supply assurance</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, cost avoidance, and working capital improvements</li></ul><h3>Manage Supplier Performance & Relationships</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strategic supplier For</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Chemistry, STEM, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience</li><li>Experience leading supplier negotiations, sourcing events, and contract management activities</li><li>Experience supporting direct materials categories preferred</li><li>Background within chemicals, polymers, resins, advanced materials, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial industries preferred</li><li>Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional and multicultural teams</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
