Certified Early Childhood Educator - Remote

Our client is seeking a highly dedicated and experienced Certified Early Childhood Educator to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US, although you will be serving families primarily in the Richmond, Virginia, US area. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development, age-appropriate learning methodologies, and a passion for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing children's progress, and communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering a comprehensive early childhood curriculum tailored to various age groups (infants, toddlers, preschoolers). Conducting regular observations and assessments of children's developmental milestones and providing detailed reports. Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating virtual learning environment. Maintaining open and consistent communication with parents/guardians through various digital channels (e.g., video calls, email, dedicated platforms). Collaborating with a team of remote educators to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
