Enterprise Change Management RoleResponsible for supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across the UF Health Clinical Enterprise.Applies a structured change management methodology to enable adoption of clinical, operational, digital, and administrative changes that span hospitals, ambulatory practices, faculty practice plans, academic partners, and shared services.Working closely with clinical leaders, faculty, administrators, project teams, and executive sponsors, this role will ensure change plans are developed to ensure organizational changes are well understood, effectively communicated, and sustainably embedded into daily practicewhile minimizing disruption to patient care and operations.Enterprise &
