Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and professional Chat Support Agent to join our dynamic remote customer service team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients through live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.

  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the companys CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

  • Provide product or service information accurately and assist customers in making informed decisions.

  • Monitor and achieve performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer service quality.
