This role manages claims from assignment through resolution (cradle to grave) while ensuring compliance with CCMSI claim handling standards, client-specific instructions, and applicable state laws across multiple jurisdictions.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position is designed for adjusters with <strong>3–5 years of multi-line claim handling experience</strong> who can effectively manage a <strong>moderate complexity caseload </strong>with limited litigation exposure (approximately 10%). The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organization, consistent file movement, and the ability to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining high service expectations in a client-facing environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not a high-volume, quick-resolution claim environment.
