Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Development Executive, based in Batu Caves.

The Client Development

Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, and driving sales growth. The daily tasks include developing business strategies, conducting outreach, preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. Success in this role involves owning the client journey, from acquisition to retention, while ensuring strong partnerships are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Client Development and Account Management to effectively build and foster client relationships
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and convey value effectively
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the training, consulting, or education industry is a plus
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
