Client Implementation & Support Specialist

About the position

FactSet is seeking an experienced professional with expertise in implementation and support to join their Dealmakers and Wealth Implementation and Professional Services team. This role is crucial for monetizing FactSet's multi-year investment in its Deep Sector strategy and offers a unique growth opportunity to develop expertise in a specialized content area. The specialist will collaborate with Data Solutions teams to assist clients in utilizing FactSet’s Deep Sector and Industry-specific Fundamentals data in their daily workflows, aiming to win market share and solidify FactSet as the preferred provider for industry-specific analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Review and convert client Financial Excel models using FactSet’s Deep Sector data
  • Partner with strategic clients and prospects to become a trusted resource during trials, implementations, and other strategic engagements
  • Own the end-to-end workflow conversion process across Deep Sector-related engagements and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of our Deep Sector offering by relaying granular product-specific feedback, feature requests and opportunities for differentiation that is grounded in real client experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with client-facing teams within financial services
  • Deep experience with FactSet’s product offerings and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
