Client Service and Sales Specialist

<p></p><p>We are seeking a talented individual to join our sales and support team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based Fully Remote.</p><p>In this role, you will provide first line service to our North American prospects and clients while contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.</p><p>We will count on you to:</p><ul><li>80%: Deliver high‑quality client support — troubleshoot account and billing issues, process orders, handle participation inquiries, and manage complex service requests across phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely follow‑up and SLA adherence. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
