Job Summary
Progressive Technology is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Clinic Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role involves efficiently managing front-desk operations, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring seamless coordination within the clinic environment. As the face of our medical office, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience while supporting the smooth operation of the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments via phone, email, and booking software
Maintain and update patient records in the clinics management system
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding clinic services and appointment availability
Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including insurance verification and billing support
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Process forms, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed
Manage appointment reminders and follow-up communication with patients
Required Skills and Qualifications
