Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.

  • Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).

  • Support registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in routine care duties.

  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.

  • Monitor and report any changes in patient health or behavior to the supervising nurse.

  • Help transport patients within the facility when required.

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall wellbeing.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or equivalent (preferred, but training available for eligible international candidates).

  • Basic understanding of healthcare practices and patient care.

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

  • Compassionate nature, strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to make a difference.

  • Willingness to relocate to the U.S. and work flexible hours.

Experience

  • Prior experience as a CNA, Healthcare Assistant, or in elder care is preferred but not mandatory.

  • International applicants with hands-on training or internships in healthcare are welcome to apply.

  • New graduates and career changers with a healthcare interest will be considered under the training program.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible shift options (morning, evening, night).

  • 8-12 hour shifts based on facility needs.

  • Rotating weekends and holidays may be required.
