Desde Grupo Crit, buscamos incorporar en el equipo de ventas de una importante empresa del sector de maquinaria situada en Molina de Segura, un candidato/a con experiencia de gestión de ruta y captacion de nuevos clientes, que sea capaz de desarrollar las siguientes funciones: Funciones:

Fidelizar la cartera de clientes asignada desde el inicio.

Prospección, visita y captación de nuevos clientes con el perfil solicitado.

Comprender las necesidades del cliente y transmitirlas a los departamentos implicados, concretando todos los requerimientos aplicables respecto al proceso de expedición, condiciones comerciales y económicas.

Garantizar la satisfacción global y total del cliente velando por la excelencia en el cumplimiento de los acuerdos pactados, mediante el análisis de sus consultas y demandas.

Apoyar la consecución del plan estratégico comercial de la empresa, buscando constantemente nuevas oportunidades de negocio que permitan aumentar la cuota de mercado y lograr los objetivos de venta de los productos ofertados.

Reporte de los resultados obtenidos, procurando la mayor eficiencia en la gestión administrativa de todo el proceso de venta.

Requisitos mínimos

Experiencia comercial demostrable en gestión de ruta y cliente étnico, mínimo 3 años.

Valorable postgraduado en marketing, formación especifica en técnicas de ventas y negociación.

Probada capacidad de negociación, liderazgo, autonomía, organización, análisis, adaptación al cambio y proactividad.

Flexibilidad horaria .

Residencia en Región de Murcia
