Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un/a Comercial Senior con perfil técnico para desarrollar negocio en la zona de Levante dentro del ámbito de soluciones avanzadas de telecomunicaciones e infraestructura de red.La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel clave en la apertura de mercado , combinando captación de nuevos clientes con la gestión y desarrollo de cuentas existentes. Se trata de una venta consultiva dirigida a empresas, donde será necesario comprender las necesidades técnicas de cada cliente y ofrecer soluciones adaptadas.
Tendrás autonomía para gestionar tu zona como una unidad de negocio propia, apoyado/a por un equipo técnico especializado.
Funciones principales
- Desarrollo de negocio en la zona Levante (captación de nuevos clientes).
- Gestión y fidelización de cartera de clientes.
- Identificación de oportunidades comerciales en proyectos técnicos.
- Asesoramiento y venta consultiva de soluciones de telecomunicaciones.
- Seguimiento de propuestas y cierre de acuerdos.
- Coordinación con equipo técnico para preventa y postventa.
Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en venta técnica B2B dentro del ámbito de telecomunicaciones o infraestructura de red.
- Conocimiento de soluciones como fibra óptica, redes, conectividad o tecnologías similares.
- Experiencia gestionando clientes profesionales (operadores, integradores, ingenierías o instaladores).
- Perfil claramente orientado a resultados, con habilidades tanto de captación (hunter) como de gestión (farmer).
- Capacidad de interlocución técnica con perfiles especializados.
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos dentro de la zona asignada.
Qué ofrecemos
- Contrato indefinido desde el inicio.
- Salario fijo: 24.000 € – 27.000 € brutos anuales (según experiencia).
- Variable sin techo: comisiones por objetivos (estimado entre 1.000 € y 1.500 € mensuales).
