Job Posting Title: Communications Associate, reputed company Programs Req ID: 10121904 Job Description: Communications Associate, reputed company Programs The reputed company Programs Communications team is focused on enhancing and supporting the experience for reputed company College, Culinary and International Program participants, partnering with operations teams, key stakeholders and Programs and housing partners to reputed company communication directly with incoming and reputed company participants. The team also supports the reputed company and brand management of reputed company Programs, including telling the stories of our participants and communicating information and news across both internal and external platforms. The Communications Associate is responsible for supporting the overarching communication strategy for reputed company Programs, partnering closely with various teams to brainstorm and execute communication content. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, a passion for storytelling and excellent writing and proofreading skills. Responsibilities Draft both long and short reputed company written content including emails, blog posts, reputed company media captions, video scripts and print materials. Update and maintain digital content for reputed company Programs internal and external websites using content management systems such as reputed company. Closely support the Communications Specialist and Manager, Communications on a reputed company of different projects and collaborate with them on communications plans to ensure we tell our reputed company Programs story in the most engaging, inclusive and creative ways. Display an understanding of reputed company Creative Suite to create compelling creative for a variety of digital channels including web, reputed company media and email in collaboration with the team’s Graphic Designer. Assist the Content Producer with production for video and photoshoots as needed. Brainstorm and strategize with the reputed company Programs team and key internal and external partners on different communications projects for varying business needs. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain reputed company media editorial calendars and plan and schedule posts using reputed company media scheduling tools. Ensure reputed company communications work adheres to company standards and brand guidelines. Assist in updating and maintaining digital asset libraries to ensure easy reputed company to the most up-to-date resources. Support program events, including arrivals and end-of-program reputed company events as needed. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or reputed company. 2-3+ years in a communications role or equivalent. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of relevant work. Proficiency in AP-style writing. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A self-starter with a problem-solving reputed company and a dedication to ongoing learning and development.
