Job SummaryThe Construction Manager oversees residential and ADU construction projects from pre-construction through final inspection and closeout. This role is responsible for managing field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, inspections, budgeting support, quality control, and overall project execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans and applicable codes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple active projects while coordinating between field teams, consultants, city inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
