Job Description:

  • Translate go-to-market priorities, market trends, and business initiatives into compelling content strategies and campaigns that resonate with broker audiences.
  • Write and develop content across multiple formats including executive social content, video scripts, webinar content, launch messaging, talking points, sales narratives, rapid response messaging, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to create platform-specific content strategies optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels based on audience behavior and engagement patterns.
  • Lead content capture during brokerage visits, executive travel, live events, and field activations, transforming on-site opportunities into scalable multi-channel campaigns.
  • Support weekly webinar programming through content strategy, promotional copy, scripting, positioning, and identifying repurposing opportunities across channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, social, PR, events, sales, and executive leadership to align messaging, launches, campaigns, and brand standards across owned, earned, and partner channels.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve content performance, workflow efficiency, speed-to-market, and develop scalable content systems that increase visibility and engagement without sacrificing quality or compliance.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling instincts with demonstrated experience in B2B or financial services audiences.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and digital engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong project and workflow management skills, comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong editorial judgment and proactive collaboration abilities that build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of brand standards, messaging consistency, and compliance considerations in regulated industries.
  • Experience in rapid-response or real-time marketing campaigns and content production workflows.
