Coordinator, Entertainment Brand Solutions [Remote]

<p> The Coordinator, Entertainment Brand Solutions, provides overall support for the Entertainment Brand Solutions Team.<br /> <br /> Our group's responsibility is to provide the tools, resources, and marketing solutions needed to drive advertising revenue for our media portfolio across linear, digital, social, experiential, and experimental platforms.<br /> <br /> The Entertainment Brand Solutions group is part of Disney Advertising, an integrated cross-platform national advertising sales and marketing organization that includes Disney Channels, ABC, ABC Owned Television Stations, Freeform, FX, Nat Geo, ESPN, Hulu, and Disney +.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities<br /> • Support the team on day-to-day operation of advertiser driven marketing, digital/social, and promotional programs<br /> • Assist team in the development and execution of client specific marketing opportunities focused on Corporate Initiatives<br /> • Assist team in the development of client specific marketing opportunities<br /> • Help with the management and execution of sold-in campaigns (linear, digital, social, experiential)<br /> • Manage project documents and files containing all marketing promotional elements to be executed, including comprehensive timelines and production schedules<br /> • Manage the Cantina page, file folders, and Fast Pass entries<br /> • Liaise with multiple departments for any sales material requests, programming inquiries, scheduling issues, marketing questions, etc.<br /> • Develop compelling pitch materials in Keynote and PowerPoint<br /> • Create and maintain marketing budgets for pitched and sold-in campaign elements, create legal contract requests and process invoices, etc.<br /> • Update and manage various department budget reports, tracking documents, calendars and client spots (e.g. added-value and stunt calendars)<br /> • Participate in brainstorms as needed<br /> • Attend client meetings and take minutes/indicate follow-ups for meeting recaps<br /> <br /> Preferred Qualifications<br /> • Experience preferred in marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio.<br /> • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br /> • Strong interpersonal skills<br /> • Collaborative team player<br /> • Highly organized<br /> • Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast-paced environment<br /> • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail<br /> • Strong creative writing skills with a demonstrated ability to put ideas on paper<br /> • Experience with selling social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)<br /> • Events and/or grass roots marketing experience<br /> • Positive can-do attitude with initiative, persistence, and flexibility<br /> • Self-motivated and pro-active<br /> • Demonstrated experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs<br /> • Experience with deck creation through PowerPoint and Keynote<br /> • Passion for Disney Content<br /> <br /> Required Education<br /> • Bachelor's degree<br /> <br /> This role requires employees to be onsite four days a week, currently out of our Santa Monica, CA location, with a planned office move to our Burbank, CA location in 2026.<br /> <br /> The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $54,000- $72,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
