You'll concept and craft copy that brings our brand to life across digital, social, CRM, and campaign environments - driving both product awareness (Casino) and cultural relevance in a new market (Canada). From punchy social captions to compelling email campaigns and in-app messaging, you'll help fans experience the thrill of Hard Rock Digital wherever they watch, play, or engage.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color: #000000">You'll collaborate closely with the creative team, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and ensure every word aligns with our brand voice and resonates authentically with any audience. Your primary mission will be to support the writing and execution of copy across the full marketing mix, including Hard Rock Bet (Casino) and Hard Rock Bet’s launch into the Canadian market.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">What You'll Do</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Copy Production:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Write and adapt copy for a variety of channels including social media, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, audio scripts, web, and digital advertising - tailored for Canadian and/or Casino audiences and market context.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Versioning & Adaptation:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Execute multiple copy variations based on campaign briefs or master messaging, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand voice across all executions.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Quality Assurance:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Proof and review copy assets for errors, ensuring every word is on-brand, grammatically sound, and compliant with regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">File Prep & Delivery:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Prepare final copy for handoff, including proper formatting, versioning, and organization for various platforms and internal teams.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Collaboration:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and deliver cohesive, compelling creative.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Stay Ahead of Trends:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Keep up-to-date with the latest copywriting trends and best practices in digital marketing, with a particular eye on the Canadian cultural landscape and iGaming industry.</span></p></li></ul><br><br><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">What We're Looking For</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000">3+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a related creative discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-format copy execution across digital, social, and CRM channels - with clear attention to brand voice, audience awareness, and cultural context.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish across a range of channels and formats.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Familiarity with AP Style as a baseline, with the flexibility to set it aside. Hard Rock Bet follows its own internal copy style guide, and our house rules take precedence. You should know AP Style well enough to navigate it, but you'll be writing to a brand voice that intentionally breaks some of its conventions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Proficiency with AI-powered writing and content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) and AI-enhanced editing tools (e.g., Grammarly Business, Hemingway).
