The Corporate Trainer - AI Skills will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training programs in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for corporate clients. Responsibilities include preparing and customizing training materials, conducting theoretical and hands-on AI sessions, mentoring learners at varying skill levels, and staying updated with the latest AI trends and technologies. • The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand training needs and evaluate program success through feedback and assessment. • Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning • Experience in Python programming, data analysis, and relevant frameworks such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch • Proficiency in curriculum development and delivering educational content effectively • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences • Experience working in corporate training or education environments; familiarity with business needs for digital transformation • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt teaching approaches based on learner feedback • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines • Prior experience in instructional delivery tools and e-learning platforms is a plus • #J-18808-Ljbffr Company Xaltius Salary SGD 60K–SGD 80K a year
